Spherical Copper Powder
MMP Spherical Copper Powders (SCP) are available in a range of grades, each characterized according to, for example, particle size, specific surface area, apparent density and chemistry. SCP grades are manufactured by an air-atomizing process in our modern, purpose-built facility.
Material properties are engineered by careful control of processing parameters, allowing us to offer tailored solutions to our customers’ requirements.
Spherical Copper Powders are available in a range of Phosphor and Oxygen levels, depending on application.
SCP is available in a variety of UN-approved packaging options, including 25kg sacks, 25-250kg steel drums and 250-1,000kg bulk bags.
Applications
Spherical Copper Powders are used in very many applications, markets and technologies.
Typical applications include additive manufacturing, decorative and architectural finishes, welding and brazing, diamond tooling, anti-fouling, antimicrobial coatings, veterinary science & marine protection.
