ELECTROLYTIC COPPER POWDERS
Dendritic Copper Powders
Characterised by their ability to achieve high green strength at relatively low pressure.
Fine Grades (0-53 micron)
These powders have applications in sintered friction materials, carbon brushes, diamond tool setting, anti-fouling paint formulations and fillers, eg cold cast resins.
Standard Grades (0-150 micron)
Powder metallurgy applications, eg used with tin powder for production of bronze bearings.
SPHERICAL COPPER POWDER
For use in the manufacture of diamond tools and composite discs; cold casting decorative work; metal spraying, PTFE bearing compounds and anti-fouling paint formulations.
BRASS POWDERS
Water atomised irregular powders of various grades and alloy compositions including leaded and nickel brass. Used in friction materials, sintered parts and in cold casting applications.
BRONZE POWDERS
Spherical
A variety of alloy compositions including 89/11 Cu/Sn gas atomised spherical powders with narrow particle size distribution for use in the manufacture of filters.
Also used in the diamond tool industry, sintered friction products and artistic cold cast figures.
BRONZE PRESS-READY PREMIXES
Press-ready premix powders formulated to customers individual requirements in terms of alloy composition, dimensional change characteristics, apparent density, green and sintered strengths. Lubricants added according to processing requirements.

Normal Low Density (NLD)
This product displays low apparent density and high green strength. Various grades are available to meet specific requirements. Used in dynamo, electric motor and alternator brushes; catalyst and iron powder additive. Widely used in sintered parts and press-ready premix formulations.
Hymod (H type)
Used as an addition to iron sintered components and in press-ready premix formulations.
Copper grits
Resin bonded friction materials. Melt-stock. Chemical catalyst applications.
