REACH

As both Importers and Downstream Users of substances covered by the REACH legislation, we at Makin Metal Powders (UK) Limited are fully aware of our respective responsibilities under this legislation and are taking all necessary actions.

As members of the European Metal Particulates Association the company is actively involved in a number of working groups to ensure both a smooth implementaion of the legislation and to ensure that the product portfolio of the Company is adequately covered in respect of REACH and the associated CLP and SDS requirements. To avoid, as far as possible, any disruption in the supply of raw materials, assurances have also been sought from our Suppliers that they are fully conversant with the REACH legislation and that the substances supplied by them will meet the REACH Registration deadlines.
